Listed below are answers to some of the most commonly asked questions.
Q: Can I order products directly from RSI Home Products?
A: RSI sells only to our distributors. Please see the Store Locator link for the nearest retailer.
Q: Do you build custom vanity cabinets and special sizes to fit my individual specs?
A: We do not build fully custom products. Our standard in-stock sizes are 24, 30, 36, 48 & 60. For additional size options, we offer a semi-custom line of special order cabinets. For more information, please visit MasterBath.
Q: Is there a kit to convert my top faux drawer into a functional drawer?
A: Yes, we offer drawer conversion kits for a limited selection of cabinets. To purchase a kit, please see our Contact Us link.

Q: How do I attach my Cultured Marble vanity top to my vanity cabinet?
A: You will need a tube of silicone adhesive. Run a bead of silicone along the top of the vanity cabinet edge and along the backside of the back splash. Place the vanity top gently onto the vanity cabinet, and position. Allow time for the adhesive to dry (refer to the silicone adhesive manufacturer's instructions for drying time).
Q: I'm installing tiles near my vanity; can I use grout to secure my side splash?
A: Grout may be used only to seal the seams on a side splash. You still need to use a silicone adhesive to mount and secure the side splash as grout is not meant for bonding.
Q: How can I fix a chip or scratch on my Cultured Marble vanity top?
A: We do not offer a repair kit for this. Please contact a professional.
Q: How do I clean my Vanity Cabinet, Vanity Top, Bath Storage Cabinet or Medicine Cabinet?

Q: What water temperatures can my Cultured Marble or Solid Surface Technology vanity top withstand?
A: All of our vanity tops can withstand temperature changes from 50 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Our vanity tops comply with ANSIZ124.3 standards.
Q: Are any of your products available unfinished?
A: Our products are only available finished. You may choose from our provided in-stock selection. For additional finish options, we offer a semi-custom line of special order cabinets. For more information, please visit www.masterbath.com.
Q: Can I purchase extra shelves for my Medicine Cabinet?
A: Yes, please see our Contact Us link.
Q: What does your warranty cover?
A: Refer to Products page, and scroll to the bottom to view the Warranty that applies to the product.
Q: What do I do if the doors on my vanity cabinet are not aligned?
A: First, make sure your cabinet is level. If it is not level, you may have to shim your cabinet. Then use the adjustment screw that is in the mounting plate to adjust side to side or up and down (refer to the installation instructions, also printed on the back of the product carton).
Q: I use well water in my home, will this affect my vanity top?
A: Since well water is rich with calcium, it is more prone to leave white stains (calcium deposits) on your Cultured Marble or Solid Surface Technology vanity top. If you experience this issue, we recommend using a Soft Scrub type cleaner that does not contain bleach.
Q: What type of bulbs do I use in my lighted medicine cabinet or light bar?
A: Medium Base 40-watt Globular Candelabra bulbs, Non-Metallic. Please see product carton for specific bulb size and quantity information.
